Sense and Sensibility

Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility

Adapted for stage by KK Verrain and directed by Karen Hanley

Windsor Theatre Guild takes you back in time to Jane Austen's England. It is a time of etiquette, romance and marrying for money! This new adaptation of Sense and Sensibility, by award winning playwright KK Verrain, shows Jane's humour and wit as her colourful characters are brought to life in this production.

We follow the loves, betrayals and romances of the elder Dashwood daughters, Elinor and Marianne. Will these two young women, with the help of meddlesome friends and caring family, find romance and overcome hardships and heartbreak? Can true love and a happy ending find their way to both the sister who is all sense and the other who is all sensibility? Join us to find out if it will end happily ever after.
