With Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo – a special four week meditation course. On this course you will discover the benefits of meditation and how to begin a meditation practice. Learn simple methods to still mental busyness and find clarity that brings inner peace. Train in mindfulness according to authentic sources and use mindfulness to its greatest effect. Understand the various distractions that arise in meditation and learn methods to overcome them. Seating is on chairs and no prior experience of meditation is needed.
