No Barre Fitness, is a unique Ballet dance and aerobic/Pilates fitness class. It gets the body moving, burning fat and toning muscles. It’s fun, challenging and a refreshing change to other fitness gym classes.  Get a sweat on and develop strong lean muscles. No Barre is inclusive for all levels and ability, all you need is a good attitude.

Bring water and wear work out gear.
